Brand ranking of famous Sake
Sake is an alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin that is made from fermented rice. Sake is sometimes called “rice wine” but the brewing process is more akin to beer, converting starch to sugar for the fermentation process, by using Aspergillus oryzae.
Koshinokanbai of the 1st place is a taste of the sake of “smooth and dry” typical Niigata Prefecture, it carries out entirely and a taste is light.
It can drink shapely and does not get tired of drinking Kubota of the 2nd place.
Hakkaisan of the 3rd place uses spring water brought from the foot of Mt. Hakkai through pipe line. It tastes with the existing sharp dignity.
